unhappy~icecream.net was brought into this world on 27th October 2006 for my 17th birthday by Denny, my bestest~bestest friend of all time who I love very muchly *huggles her to death* I'd suffered for around 4 years with little freebie places like geocities and doramail so a domain was definitely one of the best presents ever *w*

However and unfortunately because I'm me and I procrastinate far faaaar too much I only started working on the domain properly on 4th February 2007 ~ and then I got it all spick and span~nly new on...well...17th July 2007 >w>;; Go me XDD

The name of the domain comes from the song unhappy icecream by the [now disbanded T^T] Japanese indies band Delphinium. I chose the song title because firstly I love Delphinium and I adore the song because it makes me smile and it's just so...Delphinium~ish >w< Another reason I chose it, which is really random, is because I like to think that the name actually has a meaning ~ for me the name unhappy icecream seems to symbolise a double life...if that makes sense x__x *thinks* As in...normally icecreams are associated with summer, smiles and fun, ne? But putting unhappy infront makes it seem as though it's hiding itself behind a mask. Myaaa, they probably just opened up a dictionary and picked two random english words but still XDD

And last but not least I decided upon keeping unhappy~icecream revolving [well ~ mostly XD] around...dundunduuun...Japanese music ^0^ But with some Korean and Chinese music added in too...because those are the things that I mostly revolve around ~ kekeke XDD
